KNOVA Named to List for Third Consecutive Year
Cupertino, CA, November 2, 2005 - KNOVA Software (OTC Bulletin
Board: KNVS), a leading provider of service resolution management applications,
today announced that leading industry publication, KMWorld magazine, recognized
KNOVA 6.5™ as a trend-setting product suite for 2005. This is the third consecutive
year that KNOVA has been named to the prestigious list of knowledge management innovators.
"The common thread running through all the products on this year's list is the unique
value-and potential value-they offer the organization, its workers and their various
constituencies." says Hugh McKellar, editor-in-chief of KMWorld Magazine. "In each
and every case, the thoughtfulness and elegance of the software certainly warrants
further investigation, and we're confident that many of these products will dramatically
boost the productivity of any type of organization."
In the September 2005 issue of KMWorld, the editors evaluated over 1200 products,
considering usability, flexibility, adoption rate and total cost of ownership, to
determine which would be recognized as the industry's leading applications.
"We are pleased to be recognized by KMWorld as a trend setter," says Bruce Armstrong,
president and CEO of KNOVA. "We believe this acknowledgement is indicative of our
product leadership and knowledge of the marketplace. As we continue to successfully
implement high-value service resolution management applications for large customer
service organizations, we remain focused on achieving ever greater usability and
maintaining a low total cost of ownership."
This is the third year that KMWorld (www.kmworld.com)
has published a list of trend-setting products, and the third time KNOVA products
have been named to the list. KNOVA was also recognized by KMWorld earlier this year
as one of the "100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management."
