KNOVA Software to Announce Third Quarter Financial Results on November 14, 2005



Cupertino, CA, November 4, 2005 - KNOVA Software, Inc.™ (OTC Bulletin Board: KNVS), a leading provider of service resolution management applications, announced today that President and Chief Executive Officer, Bruce Armstrong, and Chief Financial Officer, Tom Muise, will discuss the results for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 during a conference call scheduled for Monday, November 14, 2005 at 5 p.m. Eastern (2 p.m. Pacific). The company's financial results for the third quarter are scheduled to be released earlier that day.
