PeopleSoft and Accenture Veteran Joins KNOVA to Strengthen
Services and Support Organization and Accelerate Partnerships
Cupertino, CA, November 22, 2005 - KNOVA Software (OTC Bulletin
Board: KNVS), a leading provider of Service Resolution Management applications,
announced today that Richard Stouffer, 54, has joined the Company as Vice President
of Worldwide Services and Support. In his new role, Mr. Stouffer has responsibility
for key customer facing functions including account management, customer support,
customer and partner education services, and professional services.

Mr. Stouffer joins KNOVA after four years of executive leadership with PeopleSoft.
Most recently he served as Vice President of Global Services where he was responsible
for the delivery of global consulting services. Prior to this position, Mr. Stouffer
served as Vice President of Customer Loyalty at PeopleSoft where he lead a new customer
support function that was critical to the successful global rollout of PeopleSoft
8. The Customer Loyalty group provided deep support to 500+ 'early adopter' customers,
and resolved product escalations and warranty issues through the global deployment
of resources from Products, Technology and Field Services organizations.
Before joining PeopleSoft, Mr. Stouffer was an associate partner at Accenture for
seven years where he was a founding member of their Human Capital Practice, which
specializes in the development of complete ERP integrated solutions. Mr. Stouffer's
clients at Accenture were largely Fortune 100 companies in high technology, energy,
products, finance, and telecommunications industries. His consulting work focused
on large scale enterprise-wide software implementations and planning efforts for
notable clients including Seagate Technologies, United Technologies, Merrill Lynch,
Time Warner, Credit Suisse and Tenneco. Prior to Accenture, Mr. Stouffer delivered
similar services for PriceWaterhouse.
Mr. Stouffer began his career in the software industry at EDS, where he was a systems
engineer. After EDS, he joined Integral Systems, where he worked with Dave Duffield,
founder of PeopleSoft, for eight years managing all development activities of their
HCM software applications.
Richard is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, 1978.
