Cupertino, Calif., October 31, 2006 - KNOVA Software, Inc.™ (OTC
Bulletin Board: KNVS), today announced that President and Chief Executive Officer,
Bruce Armstrong, and Chief Financial Officer, Tom Muise, will discuss the results
for the quarter-ended September 30, 2006 during a conference call scheduled for
Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at 5 p.m. Eastern (2 p.m. Pacific). The company's financial
results for the third quarter are scheduled to be released earlier that day.
